VACCINE MANDATE

The Federal Government, by order of the President, has mandated that all in-home service providers and staff are required to be vaccinated or have a qualified exemption.1 The California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) has ordered all agencies under service contracts to comply with this federal mandate. Please review, complete and return the Vaccine Mandate form and any additional required documentation to Manos by November 30^th.
