Employer of Record (EOR)

Employer of Record (EOR) is a type of self-service care in which an individual’s family finds their own care worker, arranges scheduling directly with the care worker, and manages the delivery of their own services. This care worker may be a friend or acquaintance who is looking for a part-time job, a family member who is interested in providing care for a loved one, someone who already works with your loved one in another capacity and is looking for extra hours, or someone you meet by advertising in the community or through a college career center.

As the worker’s Employer of Record, Manos will officially hire the respite or daycare provider and oversee their payroll, benefits, and human resources support while you manage the service requests and the scheduling of those services.

Full-Service

Full-Service Respite and Daycare means Manos is available to help you every step of the way. From identifying and matching you with a Direct Service Provider, to helping with scheduling and coordination, to finding a replacement or back-up Direct Service Provider, Manos is there to support.

In Full-Service, Manos will identify and place an available Direct Service Provider whose skills and work hours align with your requested services and schedule.

This provider will be a Manos employee, whose payroll, benefits, HR support, scheduling, and service delivery will be coordinated by Manos.
