EVV Overview
Manos uses an Electronic Visit Verification, or EVV, system to record services delivered to clients. DSPs use this digital system to electronically log the dates and times of the in-home services they provide, including the name of the client and the location in which services were delivered.
EVV helps us understand each DSP’s hours worked and client load, so we know who is available for scheduling, and to ensure their services are billed and paid in a timely manner.
AlayaCare Download + Instructions
Manos uses the AlayaCare EVV system to schedule DSP visits with clients and manage our billing and payment process. DSPs use the AlayaCare app at the start and end of each visit as their digital timesheet. DSPs can choose to use the Android or iPhone version of the mobile app for managing their time.
