EVV Overview
Manos uses an Electronic Visit Verification, or EVV, system to log the in-home visits delivered by our Direct Service Providers (DSPs). DSPs use EVV as a digital timesheet for their work, noting the dates and times of their visits and the services provided.
At the completion of each visit, DSPs will ask their client, or the client’s parent/guardian, to verify the accuracy of the information and provide a signature acknowledging that services were delivered.
